Our Merry Christmas

We had a very good Christmas surrounded with family and friends. We started off our Holiday at my mom's. We opened our P.J.'s and read the Nativity from the bible. Then some of us watched a movie while others sat up stairs and sang Christmas songs. I loved that my mom and I sang like we did when uncle Ron was here in California. Then we woke up to our traditional Christmas breakfast on Christmas Eve. My dad came over with Kirsten and Torben and we opened gifts. After my mom's we headed to Grandma Dwelley's to celebrate Christmas with them. Sue had made costumes for the kids and we read the Nativity from a book and as each part was read one of the kids came out. Katelyn was Mary, Braden was Joseph, Jonathan was a sheperd, Austin was a wise men, Rylie and Charlotte we angles. Oh yes we can't forget our donkey played so well by Julie. The kids had fun. We couldn't get Austin out of his costume to open presents. Then we headed home for Santa. We read a Christmas story set out cookies and milk and a letter for santa. Then the kids went to bed. Lucky for us they slept pretty late. We woke them up at 9:00 They were so ecxited to open their gifts. Matts parents, sister and grandma came to watch the kids open gifts. After they left my family came over for dinner. We were so excited to be surprised by Kevin and Missa the Saturday before Christmas. We got to spend a lot of time with them. My kids were way excited to see them. And very sad to see them leave. All in all our Chirstmas was great. Hope yours was too. Until next year. It will be here before you know it.

Fun! Your house hopping on sounds a lot like how we were jumping around to different homes on christmas. It's a fun, but busy day.
