33in waist
Morning: I started my day off at 7am got Jonathan ready for school made my breakfast drink and took my vitamins. The drink wasn't so bad just add water and drank it while taking Jonathan to school. I just have to remember to drink a lot of water today.
Mid-morning: Had my snack a oatmeal raisin bar. I was actually pretty good I don't like oatmeal. I can totally eat this everyday. Now off with the kids to jog while they ride their bikes. Need to drink a lot of water
We were gone about 45 min and I did a walk run 1.5 miles all the kids could handle.
Afternoon: Made my lunch and decided to blend one of my fruit servings in it. Pretty good. I haven't really felt to hungry yet.
Had a afternoon snack some baby carrots. I love those things.
Evening: Cooked dinner for the family. A little depressing since I can't eat it but decided to eat with the family. I steamed my last serving of veggies and ate with them. Then Blended another drink with a banana.
Evening snack: Yummy chocolate peanut butter crunch bar, water and then the evening pack of vitamins. I am still pretty satisfied not going to bed hungry.
End of day weight 145.5 yeah lost 1 1/2 lbs
That is a typical day on reset. I am not going to post another day like that, so detailed you get the picture. Tomorrows post will be much shorter and to the point :)

Hope it works for you! My mom does the USANA vitamins and loves them.
