Reset

Matt and I have started a healthier lifestyle. Matt and I have cut soda out. We are always stocked up with fruit and veggies. I am trying to make healther dinners and then decided we needed to add vitamins too. We got some Vitamins from a company called USANA and we love them. I have felt great since we started them. I decided to try their weight loss and body cleanse system called Reset. I started it today it is a 5 day 5 lbs and up to 1 1/2 in from your waist. I wanted to take you my friends and family on my journey. Here are some before pictures taken last night.

I know what am I thinking???? this is my real weight (remember I am only 5ft 1in when I am stretching) I will weight myself each night in the same clothes so not to add or subtract anything.

My beginning weight : 147 lbs.

My beginning measurements: 33 in. waist 36 3/4 in @my belly

Check back tomorrow and I will post again. I am hoping there is a difference in the next 5 days #1 because I need to get healthy but also because I need to lose the baby weight it is almost bathing suit season ladies :)

You are brave go you! I thought about posting about my weight loss challenge back in Novemeber when I started, but I was too much of a chicken! I was afraid I would fail, and then everyone would know. Of course-it happen to be the one time I actually stuck with my changes and reached my goal! LOL

Good luck. Can't wait to see your progress. By the way....That is a great start weight. It is pretty close to my "goal weight"! :)
