Mary Poppins, Great Grandpa and the Clippers

Saturday night Matt and I were able to go and see the play Mary Poppins with my Ryan and Denise. It was a good play. Different than the movie but good. I wouldn't go see it again but worth one visit. They sang songs that were not from the movie and had some different characters. My favorite part was on the roof tops with the chimney sweeps. Soooooo good. All in all it was a fun night out with my hubby we don't get those nights to often.

Then Tuesday we went to a Clippers/Jazz game with Scott, Liz, Alex. Courtney and her two oldest. Before the game I took the kids to go see their great grandma and grandpa. I realized that I had no pictures of Addisyn with my grandpa so I had to get one with them together. It makes me so sad to see my grandpa like this because I know how unhappy he is right now stuck in his bed. But am grateful he is still here with us. He really means a lot to me and my family. My kids love him so much. I am grateful to my grandma for taking such good care of him even though I know it is really hard for her sometimes.

Then off to the clippers game. Jonathan had so much fun with Noah. Noah brought his binoculars to see the game up close. I could hear the boys laughing. So I listened a bit. They were using the binoculars to look at the cheerleaders, So funny.. Jonathan got embarrassed when I asked him what they were looking at. The boys had a blast together cheering for the clippers (or as Jonathan kept calling them the cutters) It was a fun night with family and friends.

I heard Mary Poppins was really good. It makes me want to go see it. I am laughing over the boys looking at the cheerleaders. When did they grow up?! :D

Looks fun to go out with Court and her kids. I didn't realize your boys were close in age. Funny boys.:)
