We have found our HOME. I am happy to say the paperwork is signed and we are starting OUR first home as a family. We purchased a house a little further out than we wanted but it is ours and Matt doesn't mind the drive. We will be living in Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore. Like I said a bit far but we are so excited. We will be moving this September sometime. Our home has just started being built so you get to see pictures in phases. Right now it is just the foundation. Hopefully soon the frame will be up. We'll see. The kids are excited, we are excited. If the baby is a girl we will have an extra room for guests so anyone that wants to come and visit is more than welcome. Here are some pictures of our new.

This is the first floor. Matt is using the 3rd car garage for his workshop. He needs it for his side work.
This is the second floor. No Balcony in the master. The loft will be our 4th bedroom and the open to below will be floored in to be our playroom adding square footage to our home which is nice.
So this is our soon to be Home. September seems so far away.

Mark and I just bought our first home too! The paper work was signed about a month ago, the funding starts today, and it is set to close by Juky first! :)
We are looking forward to the move, but we are THRILLED to have a beautiful home to call our own! :)

I cannot wait to go back to the house and take pictures to post. Ours is a four bedroom as well with a loft and three car garage! They sound similar, huh?

It's gorgeous! Lake Elsinore is a little ways out there, but it'll be so worth it to have your own place. Wow, you guys really are adults.:) And congrats on new little baby on the way!!
