The Flu

We get the cold in our house a lot but never the flu. Poor Braden has it. He has been doing pretty well considering his mom has confined him to his bedroom. He is only 2o months and has stayed in his room watching movies and sleeping all day without much complaint. All he has gotten to eat today is a Popsicle made of just ice, soda crackers and juice. You know he is sick when that is all our little piggy eats. He is so sad looking when he is sick. I was kind of hoping I could make him feel a little better by holding him but he just wanted his Daddy. I complained about the other two kids because they never want

Matt when they were sick or hurt. I prayed that just one of my kids would cling to just him for a change. Well, my wish came true and it makes me sad. Now I like that my other two love me that much. I want Braden now. Every time I held him today he would ask for his daddy. Once Matt came home that was all he wanted. I really hope this flu bug just stays with Braden and the rest of us don't get it. It's Mother's Day weekend. The last thing I want to do is clean up throw up. Here are some pictures of our sick guy. He is even cute when he is sick.

Cute blog- found you through Chris and Katrina. I can't believe this is your first stomach flu experience...not fair! Tell Pat Hailey and Hannah ask for him all the time. They really miss him
