Monster Jam

Matt, Jonathan and I went to the Monster Jam with Big Jonathan and Austin. It was a lot of fun. We got Pit Passes and were able to see the Trucks and their drivers up close to take pictures. Jonathan loved it. He wanted to climb into the wheels they were so big. But, he had a white shirt on so mommy wouldn't let him. They had gas powered remote control trucks there that Jonathan just loved. I think it is a hobby him and his daddy are going to have to start. He could have stayed there all day if we let him. When we were finally able to get into the stadium Jonathan and Austin were so excited they both fell asleep. How they could sleep with all the noise is beyond me but they did. We woke them up just before the trucks came out. Jonathan wants to go every weekend if we could. I think this is a start to a new family adventure. We all had a really good time. I can't wait until the next truck show.

One of the drivers let him get in his car Jonathan loved it. He even got a signed picture from him. When he raced Jonathan knew which one he was and cheered for him.The Marines were there. They had a pull up bar there. If you did 15 pull ups you would get a bennie. Jonathan wanted to try. They had him hang there. He tried so hard. He was so excited to get his prize until he found out it was a bennie. He got one for trying hard. He really wanted a monster truck. The GRAVE DIGGER. Jonathan loved this truck. And I guess he is one of the most well known. He had a line that was 4 hours long just to get his autograph. Crazy.
