Family Vacation

We finally got a vacation. Our journey began July 28th in our mini van with 4 kids driving to Hayden Lake Idaho to visit the Cockrell Family. Our first stop was Hurricane Utah to visit Uncle Bert. Then drove to Ogden Utah to stay the night at Matt's grandma's. On our second day we set off straight to Idaho. We finally got there Late Sunday night. We couldn't be more happy to be out of the car. While there we had 5 days of fun. Our vacation consisted of the lake, motorcycles, shooting, paint balling, gooies and lot more. We were sad to go home. Sunday we packed the car a headed back to California this time with 5 kids. Yes we were crazy and may never do it again but it was worth the drive because our kids had a great vacation.

These are the gooies. Our favorite thing to get when we visit the Cockrell's

Looks like you guys had an awesome vacation! So Hayden Lake is where the Cockrell's moved to...It's not too far from where my hubby grew up in Bonner's Ferry. Did you drive through Boise to get there?

No wonder you looked so tan! It looked like a great trip- you are a trooper to take that many children for that long of a car ride!!!
